How to Join

To join YWE you will need to complete our membership form. This is now available as a Microsoft Word document for you to download. Step-by-step instructions to download the YWE membership form onto your computer are shown below. You may want to print or make a note of these instructions for reference before beginning the download.

1.	Double click on the image to the right.

2.	You will be prompted to open or save the file. We suggest that you open the file. This option will see Microsoft Word launch automatically.

3.	Save the file to a memorable location on your pc as not to lose it.

4.	Complete the form with your details. Where you see shaded boxes, double click on the appropriate box, select the ‘Checked’ option then click OK.

5.	Indicate how you intend to pay for your £35 annual membership. You have the option of paying for your membership by cheque or direct to our bank using BAC’s/Internet Banking.

6.	Save the document and either email the form to mf@durban-uk.com or post it along with cheque payment to: YWE Registrations, Durban Limited, Carr House, East Carr Road, Hull, HU8 9LP.
